I write about the moments people often find themselves trying to make sense of on their own: job offers, starting well in a new role, negotiating, managers, performance conversations, workplace change, parental leave, difficult decisions and what HR may be looking at from the other side.
Some Notes will explain how something works. Others will be things I’m noticing, questions worth asking or perspectives from more than 15 years working inside HR.
